How a Diaphragm Pump Operates:
1. The pump is pushed by an AC or DC motor
two. In front of the motor is a valve assembly that contains two to 5 valve pump chambers. Each valve chamber has a diaphragm behind it in the reduce pump housing. As the motor shaft turns, an inner cam positioned powering the diaphragms leads to the diaphragms to be pushed ahead, then back in a constant sequence producing a suction. As this suction builds, fluid is pulled through the inlet, via the numerous valve chamber check valves to the outlet
